Dr. Maria Kowzun, a graduate of Yale University and John A Burns School of Medicine is a board-certified surgeon with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology. A breast surgeon and member of the faculty at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
Dr. Kowzun is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, and the Association of Women Surgeons. Her goals are to provide the highest quality of care in breast health with a focus on the diagnosis and management of breast cancer. If there is one thing that Dr. Kowzun, MD, FACS, wants women to know about breast cancer, it is that mammograms can save lives.
