Financial constraints would have prevented me from accessing early detection testing, but thanks to the ABCF grant program I will be able to attend my upcoming breast ultrasound without worrying about how to pay for it. Breast Cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in women, but the odds of survival increase significantly with access to early detection testing. I have a few lumps on each of my breasts that require regular checkups and because of the frequency of my visits, it can become quite expensive. I would definitely recommend ABCF’s services to anyone who is at risk of breast cancer and needs help paying for diagnostic testing. Their staff was so engaged, and in addition to financial support, they connected me with so many amazing resources about Breast Cancer. Thank you ABCF for everything that you do!
