This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, join us to help provide reduced-cost or free screening and diagnostic testing to those who could otherwise not afford it.
The American Breast Cancer Foundation serves as the connection between those with a compassionate heart to give and those with the courage to seek help.
In collaboration with our Breast Cancer Assistance Program, ABCF also maintains a Community Partnership Program with medical clinics and health care organizations across the nation to provide reduced or free breast cancer screenings, diagnostic mammograms, and ultrasounds to the people we serve.

D.L. 3-year survivorThere have been many times that I contemplated skipping my mammogram because the extra money just was not there. Then my surgeon's office put me in touch with the American Breast Cancer Foundation and they offered me a grant for my screening mammogram. Without this funding, I may have made a quite different decision. Thank you from a survivor.
J.B.Because of my strong family history with cancer, my doctor ordered that I start getting yearly tests done. With no insurance, I cannot tell you how stressed I was that I was unable to afford to have them done. I was told The American Breast Cancer Foundation would help me and they turned out to be a blessing!
M.L.When I called to schedule my mammogram and told the scheduler that I had no insurance she said I know someone who can help. She had a grant from The American Breast Cancer Foundation, and they were going to pay for my screening. If anyone I know is in my situation and needs help paying for a mammogram I know right where to send them. Thank you!
Edith G. Lahabra, CaliforniaI love how helpful and easy it was to apply, plus the staff was very nice. I will tell all my family, friends, and anyone about your program.
Marilyn V. Lancaster, South CarolinaWithout the Breast Cancer Assistance Program, I wouldn’t have been able to afford a mammogram. Thank you!
ABCF makes access to breast health care and services easier for everyone. By eliminating barriers for screenings and increasing the availability of other medical resources, we are helping women and men detect breast cancer at its earliest stage.
